YouTube going 3D?!

Google will be hosting the event, Front End Engineering Open House, tonight at 6PM Pacific that will take place at Google’s Mountain View campus. However, sadly, press have been pan from this event. The reason being PC World and The Next Web released information about the event too early. The people at Google were angry and responded by cancelling all press invites and closed down registrations.
Luckily, some more news has been able to get leaked. Some press were able to get a confirmation email about their invites before the harsh ban. According to TechCrunch, the event will feature “presentations on Google Maps and Chrome OS, YouTube will be unveiling their new look and showcasing YouTube 3-D.”
Rumors and small details of YouTube’s new look and possible 3D capability have been floating around the web for months. Now, for the first time, it seems that we’ll have a more in depth look. However, plenty of questions still remain and there’s no telling exactly how much detail Google will go into tonight. PauseStopRewind will be one of the first blogs to break the news to you as soon as more details are release to the pubic.
