Danish robot dancers gain worldwide acclaim
On the Denmark television version of America’s Got Talent two men, Nick and Jeppe, were ridiculed by one of the judges for walking out in matching jackets and hats. However, the “Danish Robot Dancers” turned the judge into one of their biggest fans after they performed their audition piece.
What makes this into truly one of the greatest dances ever is the combination of self made master mixed music, roller coaster of energy within their moves, and two guys who are perfectly in sync. You are pulled in and hypnotized by their performance. Throughout you’re guessing as to what they’re going to do next only to be blown away by something you didn’t expect.
Their semifinal and final performance on the show left audiences in shock and awe. Each one stood alone and held to its own theme. So much so that you were left wondering if it was the same two dancers each performance.
The semifinal performance took on more of the robotic theme with a backdrop of static electricity and two painted in a silver coating from head to toe. The majority of the moves performed were more sharp and matched perfectly to machine like sounds in the music played.
Nick’s and Jeppe’s final performance won them the competition, and watching it makes it clear as to why. Their theme of “Heaven vs Hell” allowed the two to both stay in sync, but battle at the same time. The prop adds an extra edge to their performance unlike the previous two which truly demonstrates their creativity.
Since the upload of their three performances from the competition their reputation as dancers has sky rocketed around the world. Every week new videos of the two are uploaded onto the web, and every time millions are blown away by the result of their hard team work.
