Students create cool animated shorts

California Institute of the Arts (CalArts) is a school established by Walt Disney in 1961 so that inspiring artists can freely express themselves while preparing for a career. The school’s alumni include Tim Burton (Nightmare Before Christmas), Craig McCracken (The Powerpuff Girls), and John Lasseter (co-founder of Pixar). While looking into the possibility of attending their School of Film and Video for character animation I came across several student made animation shorts. Here are my top favorites:
